Accessibility Statement for CVNQuinte
Community Visions & Networking Quinte Association (CVNQuinte) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. CVNQuinte is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

CVNQuinte takes accessibility very seriously and our main office has a fully accessible entrance and washroom facilities.
We ensure someone is always available to greet you who is able to use American Sign Language and we have fully operational TTY machines for people we support and/or their family members who are Deaf or hard of hearing.
If you wish literature regarding our services, we can provide you with this material and upon request can provide the material in braille.
If you have any concerns regarding our services that is not accessible, please contact us immediately. We try to respond to feedback within 5 business days.
